The benefits of fresh fish

They used to say that a balanced diet was enough to keep you fit. But now they say, diet and exercise as well as stress levels, etc. need to have a balance in your overall life health. So just eating fish several times a week would be good for you, but if you combined travel, a fishing trip vacation, and eating fish on that trip, you would be covering all the bases for overall health. For example, if you went to fish for salmon in Alaska, you would be in the outdoors, relaxing, doing something you love while in a stress free environment, what more could you ask for? A big plus is the healthy freshly-caught salmon that you prepare yourself.
