Choosing a nanny was not our prime option but the day care waiting list was quite long, so we opted for a childminder who was readily available. We went through the child information centre available in the council nearby and they listed quite a few nannies.Hidden cameras we had them narrowed down to two and had them interviewed too, but some part of my mother instinct was always suspicious to entrust my loved ones to them.
